The ‘Voluntary Sector Development Centre’ enlists the number of NGO’s, Trusts, Non-profit Companies or Foundations in Rajasthan based on the registration done on this Website. It gives a strong base to the state NGOs, Trusts, or Foundation etc. It will provide Skill Training, keep an eye on account statement so that schemes of government reach the last mile. The Voluntary Sector Development Centre’ is a platform that provides space for interface between VOs/NGOs etc. and key Government Ministries / Departments / Government Bodies, to start with.

Voluntary Sector Development Council is constituted under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan. Voluntary Sector Development Centre is archetypal body of voluntary sector created by Govt. of Rajasthan. Voluntary Sector Development Centre will also play the role of arbitrator for settlement of disputes between voluntary organizations. This is a facility offered by the Rajasthan government to bring about greater partnership between government & voluntary sector and foster better transparency, efficiency and accountability.

‘Voluntary Sector Development Centre’ started out as an initiative of the Chief Minister's Office, to create and promote a healthy partnership between VOs/NGOs etc. and the Government of Rajasthan. This module has been developed by Planning Department the premier ICT Organization of the Government of Rajasthan.
