SIGNUP PROCEDURE
Following are procedure to register yourself to VSDC Portal:
Already Signed Up NGOs from old portal:
- Click on Forget password link
- Provide any of three fields Pan number, Mobile or Email in user id field
- Input the OTP received at your mobile number, confirm it
- Create your new password
- Sign in to the portal.
- All existing details like, Profile, Office bearers’ details, Source of Funds, NGO registration details have been ported into new website and will be available after signing in.
Already Signed up NGOs who registered at new portal only:
- Click on Sign In Link
- Provide any of three fields Pan number, Mobile or Email in User id field
- Provide your password
- Access your registered details
- In case you forget the password, there is option to Signing In using OTP, where OTP is sent to registered mobile number (alternated mobile number).
New NGOs for Sign Up:
- Provide your NGO Name
- Provide Email (OTP is sent for confirmation)
- Provide Mobile Number, where OTP will be sent for confirmation
- Enter security code displayed at the website
- Next Step, OTP will be asked to confirm
- Please enter NGO Pan Number
- After confirmation of OTP, Next screen will allow you to create a password.
- Sign In to portal with your credentials generated at above steps.

The information and services available on vsdc.gov.in is a joint effort by the participating Ministries/Departments/Government Bodies of the Government of Rajasthan and VOs/NGOs of Rajasthan. Sign Up Module
VOs/NGOs need to sign up with the Portal only once in order to avail the facilities/features made available through the Portal. They can update their profile any time they wish to. They need to create their unique login user ID. and profile. The broad areas of information in the profile include Name of VO/NGO and its office bearers, registration details, sectors/key issues working in, districts working in, activities/achievements, Contact details, etc.
Copy of the registration certificate should be scanned in the PDF format or JPG format (should be less than 2 MB size) and submitted under the concerned option.
Multiple selections are possible using the 'Control' key. On selection of a particular state, you would get the list of districts of the selected state, for selection of districts working in.

Sections of this Module
NGO Directory
This section of the module provides a District-wise list of VOs/NGOs who have signed up on the NGO-PS portal, List of VOs/Trustes/Foundation can also be viewed by Sector/ Key Issues. Names of Blacklisted VOs/NGOs are also available. This section also facilitates the user to search for a VO/NGO by name and by Sector/ Key Issues.
Please Note:
- Due to security reasons few special characters and reserved words viz. 'select', update', 'delete', 'drop', 'insert' are not allowed to enter inside the text boxes. The text boxes are meant to submit the information associated with the respective NGOs. You can find the list of characters allowed and/or not allowed to enter through a text box by pointing your mouse to the symbol on the right of relevant text entry fields.
- If you click on a hyperlink given in any portion of this Portal and a new browser window opens with the symbol Disclaimer on the top right corner, it implies that the opened page is outside 'http://vsdc.gov.in'. The contents on such a page are owned and maintained by the respective Department and 'http://vsdc.gov.in' or NIC or Planning Commission is not responsible for their currency and/or accuracy.
