Planning Commission has issued specific guidelines in respect of information furnished by NGOs/ VOs etc. on VSDC Portal. In the VSDC Portal there is a disclaimer which is reproduced as under:-"The VSDC Portal lists a number of VOs/ NGOs etc. in Rajasthan based on self-declaration. This does not imply that organizations are endorsed or recommended by Planning Commission or by the concerned Ministries/ Departments/ Government Bodies.
